Bucks County Workers’ Compensation- Attorney Michael W. Cardamone of Cardamone Law Successfully Presents Work Comp Settlement Before Bucks County Workers’ Compensation Judge

Certified Work Comp Specialist, Michael W. Cardamone, President of Cardamone Law, a specialized work comp boutique for injured workers only, successfully presented a Pennsylvania Work Comp Settlement today before a Workers’ Compensation Judge in Bucks County. Cardamone’s client injured his knee while working for a local supermarket. The claim was denied and Cardamone filed a Claim Petition. His client testified and medical records were exchanged, in addition to an Independent (ie, Defense) Medical Exam having been done. The parties were able to resolve the matter after a Mediation. The settlement agreement, called a Compromise and Release Agreement, was presented today and approved. Due to a waiver of the appeal period, the payments are due within 30 days.
